Finding a job that fits you is hard. It’s a task that for most people involves a lot of time, trial and error, and one-sided interview processes. It doesn’t have to be this way. We have developed a simple framework that gives you a way to better understand what you want from your career and focus on the right opportunities. The first step in the Framework is to Identify a Pathway. 

The pathway is the combination of instructional practices, learning experiences, and candidate performance assessments that are designed to bring out and evaluate the target learning outcomes of a particular pathway. 

The next step in the framework is registering in Jivrus Academy. A well-structured Google Form will be available on our website if you are interested in joining the academy program you need to register using the Google Form. The Google Form will ask for your basic details and also your educational qualifications. Once you submit the form we will review your profile and our team will get in touch with you and assign you to this program.

Jivrus Academy is a self-learning program where you need to learn all the topics related to your curriculum that we have mentioned. It is the responsibility of the learner to learn and hold on to the knowledge without much help from another human resource. Self-learning helps you to find the ground under your feet. It prepares you for the future where you have to work alone to reach your goal. The resilience and the immunity that you gain here are the key tools that will take you further in life.

The next step in the program is Performing the tasks. We will assign weekly tasks to the candidates related to their curriculum. The candidates need to complete all the tasks mentioned on the academy website. The candidates will have a weekly review with their coaches. The coaches will guide them and clarify their doubts. The tasks need to be completed within the deadline as mentioned by the coaches.

Once the candidate completes all the tasks from a topic, he/ she will be asked to attend an assessment related to the topic he/ she has learned. You will be assessed by your coaches. Once you completed the assessment you will be promoted to the next level.

There will be several levels on each topic. Once you complete the first level, you will be promoted to the next level. You need to finish all levels to complete this academy program.

You need to complete the marked levels in the selected pathway. Follow the above-mentioned steps (learn topics, perform the task, perform the assessment) repeatedly. Once you reach the marked level, you will be given an assessment to complete.

The marked level is mentioned in the pathway. For example, you need to complete just 4 out of 8 levels in MEAN stack to get into internship.

Once the candidate completes all the levels successfully, he/ she will be industry-ready. Now the candidate is qualified to join Jivrus Technologies as an Intern
